Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their needs and provide product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members in their designated areas.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and adherence to merchandising standards.
• Upholds safety, loss prevention, and store policies while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
