Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager, Systems in a hybrid Troy, MI role. You will work with OEM accounts to grow equipment sales, develop solutions with OEM teams, and provide technical support while inputting data and forecasts for assigned accounts.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in engineering or business with 3+ years in automotive OEMs and MBA is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 3+ years in automotive OEM environment.
• MBA preferred and experience in B2B sales training is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage multi‑discipline issues.

Responsibilities

• Increase equipment sales and drive year‑over‑year growth with OEM accounts.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and address technical inquiries.
• Input data, prepare forecasts, and communicate market feedback to product teams.
