Job summary

Guided Search Partners is seeking a Sales Manager for an automotive manufacturing organization in Michigan. The role focuses on growing OEM and Tier 1 business, with emphasis on body in white or structural components.

The Sales Manager will develop new business, build customer relationships, support quotations and pricing strategy, and work closely with Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• OEM and Tier 1 business development experience.
• Experience in Sales Engineering, BD, Account Management, or related commercial role.
• Pricing strategy and quotation experience.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and business development skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across OEM and Tier 1 automotive customers, with emphasis on body in white or structural components.
