Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring a Business Development Manager, Systems for a hybrid role in Troy, MI.

You will drive year-over-year growth with OEM accounts by understanding customer requirements, supporting application development, and providing technical support. You will work with OEM and affiliate teams to deliver equipment solutions, input data, forecast sales, and communicate market feedback to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business required.
• 3+ years of experience within automotive OEM environment; MBA preferred.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Drive new equipment solutions with OEM and affiliate teams.
• Input and update data; prepare sales forecasts for assigned accounts.
• Report obstacles to achieving revenue goals and objectives.
• Provide market feedback on pricing, competitor actions, and market forces.
• Identify customer application issues with OEM engineering teams.
• Find opportunities through customer requirements and technical challenges.
• Develop strong customer relationships and provide ongoing technical support.
• Manage sales data, vehicle penetration, lost revenue, and forecasts.
• Represent the company with integrity and act as customer advocate.
• Coordinate CTQ documentation for new products and updates.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
