• Partners with Marketing to develop and implement sales programs.
• Determines annual sales and gross profit plans by analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing quotas for territories.
• Projects expected sales and profit for existing and new products/customers.
• Maintains sales volume and pricing by tracking market conditions and competitors.
• Manages staff through coaching, planning, and performance reviews.
• Maintains relationships with top customers and supports staff training.
