Wesco is seeking a Senior Representative - Outside Sales to drive OEM market growth by building strong relationships with manufacturers and aligning Wesco products and services with customer needs.

The role involves collaborating across engineering, sourcing, procurement, operations and leadership to understand requirements, develop solutions, and guide customers from design through production to ongoing growth.

Formación

• 3–5 years outside sales experience required.
• 4 years industry experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to current and potential clients and suppliers.
• Ability to travel 50%–75%.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify accounts by determining market potential and provide periodic territory sales forecasts.
• Execute and expand assigned customer account plan(s) developed with management.
• Provide quotations directly or with sales support team.
• Mentor sales team and communicate expectations for optimum customer service.
• Develop sales/supplier plans to drive account growth and retention.
