Wesco is seeking a Director – Sales to lead our construction business unit’s sales region and team. You will drive growth and profitability by directing field and inside sales, setting objectives, and coordinating resources to meet forecasts.

The role requires 7+ years in sales and 5+ years of leadership at regional or national levels, with travel 25–50%. You will collaborate with executives to shape strategies and deliver results in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related industry professional sales.
• 5+ years leading staff at national, district or regional level.
• Ability to travel 25% - 50%.
• Strong leadership and communication.

Responsabilités

• Develops and administers sales plan to ensure customer satisfaction, assigned quota attainment, and highly skilled and motivated staff.
• Achieves annual sales and gross profit plan by implementing sales strategies and analyzing trends and results in conjunction with regional and business unit management team.
• Forecasts expected sales volume and profit for existing and new product lines and customers.
• Establishes sales objectives.
• Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains sales staff results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Forecasts and communicates intricate details to senior management.
