Job summary

SunSource, a leading industrial distributor, is seeking an experienced OEM Account Manager – Mobile Fluid Power in Iowa. The role focuses on managing key OEM customers, selling mobile hydraulic components and engineered solutions.

You will develop territory plans, leverage technical knowledge, and partner with engineering and service teams to deliver value, build long-term relationships, and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience selling mobile fluid power or hydraulic components to OEM manufacturers.
• Two- or four-year technical degree preferred in Engineering, Fluid Power, Hydraulics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to grow existing OEM accounts in Iowa.
• Prospect new customers via networking, referrals, cold calls, visits, and technical presentations.
• Apply mobile fluid power expertise to recommend engineered solutions that improve customer performance and reliability.
• Build trusted relationships with OEM engineering, operations, purchasing, and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with service, engineering, and support teams to deliver solutions and exceed sales goals.
