Impact Business Group in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an OEM Sales Manager to drive long, technical sales cycles from first conversation through launch and ongoing support. You will translate customer needs into engineering and operations solutions and build strategic accounts.

You will own complex cycles, expand market share with OEM customers, identify new programs, and coordinate with engineering, operations and customer teams to meet program requirements and foster long-term partnerships.

• Own complex OEM sales cycles from opportunity identification and technical alignment through negotiation, launch, and long-term account growth.
• Develop and execute account strategies to deepen OEM relationships, identify new programs, and expand share of wallet.
• Lead strategic OEM accounts, coordinating with engineering, operations, and customers to meet program requirements and build long-term partnerships.
