Zusammenfassung

ABB is seeking an OEM Business Development Manager for Industrial Machinery to drive new growth with OEMs across its Motion Drive Products portfolio. Remote in the United States, this role involves 50–75% travel to key accounts and leadership of account planning, strategy, and Salesforce CRM execution.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 10+ years.
Proven business development and sales experience in drives, motors, or related automation solutions.
Strong track record winning new OEM business in competitive markets.

Aufgaben

Drive new business development and solution sales for ABB’s Motion Drive Products with OEMs in industrial machinery.
Develop 1–3 year growth strategies for targeted OEM accounts and map decision-makers.
Own pipeline, forecasting, and CRM execution in Salesforce with cross-functional partners.
Monitor trends and translate market needs into actionable growth plans.
