Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service-oriented professional to handle orders, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate customer records at our Utah location.

You will enter orders via fax, email, EDI, and phone, and coordinate with supporting departments to resolve issues. The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma and three years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under strict time constraints.
• Very detail oriented and accurate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and requests efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls promptly to place orders and address customer inquiries.
• Enters fax, email, EDI and phone orders.
• Resolves customer issues and maintains accurate customer information.
• Maintains customer accounts and updates addresses and data.
• Tracks product shipments upon request and coordinates with other departments.
• Supports trade show shipments and prepares literature and samples for internal teams.
• Performs other duties as required.
