You will maintain customer accounts, track shipments, coordinate with supporting departments, and assist with literature requests and sample shipments. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and meeting deadlines, with multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma and three years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls promptly to place orders and address customer inquiries.
• Enters fax, email, EDI and phone orders.
• Resolves customer issues and maintains accurate account information.
• Tracks shipments and coordinates with supporting departments.
• Handles literature and product sample requests.
• Assists with trade show shipments and related materials.
• Performs other duties as required.
