Ultipro is seeking an Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to design and implement leadership development programs and performance management processes. You will coach frontline managers and deliver in-person and eLearning training, aligning programs with organizational strategies.

You will conduct needs analyses, develop curricula, create evaluation tools, and build strong relationships with leaders to support professional growth and performance improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Ability to conduct needs analyses to identify developmental needs.
• Proven coaching skills for frontline managers.
• Strong skills in curriculum development and delivery.
• Experience implementing performance management processes.

Responsabilités

• Designs and implements leadership development components.
• Develops training programs using various methods (role plays, simulations, group exercises).
• Aligns training with organizational strategies and goals.
• Develops evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness.
• Coaches frontline managers in leadership and management development.
• Schedules classes and coordinates communications and marketing for offerings.
• Builds strong relationships with leaders and frontline managers.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to clinicians.
