Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to support performance management, leadership curriculum, succession planning, early career programs, and onboarding for the SMSC and Tribal Operations.

You will deliver training, generate talent reports for HR Business Partners and leaders, maintain content across learning systems, and continuously improve programs through collaboration and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in talent management, leadership training, and reporting.
• Experience with talent assessments, succession planning, and onboarding programs.
• Strong writing skills and ability to tailor content to stakeholders and audiences.
• Experience creating content through emails, social media, podcasts, and video.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning content platforms.
• Collaborative, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent assessment and leadership development programs.
• Co-lead and deliver onboarding for new hires and early career programs.
• Coordinate talent activities including reviews, trainings, and development events.
• Manage timelines, logistics, and communications for early career initiatives.
• Provide talent reports to inform HR Partners and leaders for organizational decisions.
• Develop and maintain internal content such as job aids, guides, and presentations.
• Maintain leadership courses in the learning management system and communicate updates.
