McKesson is seeking a Senior Organizational Development Specialist to design and deliver scalable leadership development programs across live, virtual, and blended formats. You will partner with HR and senior leaders to close capability gaps and drive organizational effectiveness in a healthcare setting.

In this role you will administer assessments, provide coaching support, and develop executive-facing materials while managing complex programs and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience delivering organizational development or leadership development in a complex organization.
• Experience facilitating leadership or team development programs.
• Experience supporting organization or team assessments and translating findings into action.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, including development of executive-facing materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver multi-tier leadership development programs across live, virtual, and blended formats.
• Partner with HR, Talent Management, and practice leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and develop engagement strategies.
• Administer and support leadership assessments (e.g., Everything DiSC, 360 feedback) and provide feedback.
• Develop leadership toolkits, facilitation guides, and participant materials with organizational context.
• Coordinate logistics for high-visibility leadership programs and manage vendor relationships.
• Support contracting and SOW reviews for external facilitators.
