Job summary

Core & Main LP is seeking an Organizational Development professional to support design, delivery and evaluation of programmatic OE initiatives. You will partner with HR to guide leadership development, change management and communications across business units.

Responsibilities include building tools, monitoring progress with metrics, and aligning programs with business needs. Strong analytic capability and collaborative HR partnership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• MA in industrial/organizational psychology strongly preferred.
• BA with 1-3 years related experience acceptable.
• Experience designing and delivering OE initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR to design and deliver OE programs for business units.
• Develop tools and training for leadership and team-building initiatives.
• Streamline processes to meet business needs and support initiatives.
• Support implementation of new business initiatives across units.
• Source tools/resources to support service requirements.
• Diagnose organizational issues using talent analytics and data.
• Recommend interventions and create project timelines
• Prepare reports on milestones, metrics and budgets.
