Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver and coordinate learning programs across the organization and for customer teams. You will contribute to curriculum design, prepare instructional materials and ensure training documentation is complete and accurate.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Collaboration with training management and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
• Minimum of one year of training experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to share information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates training programs including new hire, peer and needs-specific training; assists design of instructional materials.
• Prepares training materials, delivers training, and completes training documentation.
• Conducts internal training activities and coordinates evaluations for Total Safety employees.
• Conducts external training activities and coordinates training for customer employees.
• Maintains communication with training management and responds to support requests.
