Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Specialist for Organizational Development & Effectiveness Program Management. The role supports leadership and team effectiveness, design and development, change execution, and talent processes globally.

You will partner with HRBPs, Finance, Procurement and external coaches to scale OD&E services across functions. The position emphasizes program discipline, data-driven decisions and scalable processes, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality OD&E

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in program/project management, HR, OD or People Operations.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical with comfort working with data and dashboards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the OD&E engagement portfolio with intake, tracking, status, timelines and stakeholders.
• Develop tools, templates, trackers and standard operating processes.
• Coordinate project plans, milestones, meetings and follow-up actions.
• Support development of OD&E resources, playbooks and self-service materials.
• Ensure tools and frameworks are reusable across consultants and stakeholders.
• Coordinate Insights of Discovery and other Team OD&E tools.
• Coordinate operational aspects of leadership coaching programs and tracking.
• Maintain secure documentation and related program materials.
• Collaborate on contracts, SLAs, POs and budgeting with Finance and Legal.
• Track utilization, spend and engagement status across partners.
