Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Hospitality experience required.
• Must communicate professionally and effectively.
• Able to work late nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staff adhere to rules, policies, and procedures.
• Supervises, mentors, and trains staff daily.
• Implements changes to procedures as needed.
• Maintains premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor.
• Runs reports related to daily revenue and other management requests.
• Supports training during breaks and lunches.
• Resolves customer service issues and inquiries promptly.
• Greet customers by name and build rapport with guests.
• Other related duties as assigned.
