LAZ Parking is seeking an Assistant Hospitality Manager to support the Hospitality Manager in delivering exceptional service and financial performance at a hotel location. The role involves supervising Shift Leads, coordinating staff, and ensuring safety and quality across daily operations.

Your leadership and communication skills will help develop the hotel team, strengthen client relationships, and meet contractual obligations while upholding LAZ Parking’s culture and standards.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or related supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with high customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, operational, safety, and service success at the hotel.
• Plan, schedule, train, and direct Shift Leads and frontline staff.
• Drive revenue and customer satisfaction by maintaining safety and service thresholds.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance development.
