Job summary

LAZ Parking in Santa Monica is seeking a Supervisor to lead a front-line team, ensuring excellent guest experiences and smooth operations.

You will mentor staff, enforce standards, and manage daily revenue reports while staying available for late nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma and at least 2 years of supervisory and hospitality experience are required. Parking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality experience is required; parking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies, and procedures.
• Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day-to-day activities.
• Assists in establishing performance standards, recommending, and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to always help.
• Responsible for running any reports related to daily revenue, other reports requested by management.
• Assists with periodic training as needed.
• Resolve customer service issues or questions as needed.
• Greet by/use name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the customer base.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• MUST be available to work late nights & weekends.

Principal Job Duties

Education

• Valid Driver's license (at least 2yrs)
• Strong customer service experience.
• Hospitality experience is required.
