Skypace is seeking a sales professional to expand its Paper & Packaging ocean import portfolio focused on the Newark gateway. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience and strong relationships within the Northeast Paper & Packaging import ecosystem.

This role involves growing accounts, enhancing service proposals, and monitoring account performance. A solid understanding of ocean freight sales and related terminology is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ocean freight sales with verifiable client relationships among Northeast Paper & Packaging importers.
• Lane fluency into the New York and Newark gateway.
• Fluency in high-volume paper freight, container utilization, and moisture-sensitive handling.
• Fluency in import freight vocabulary including customs entry timing.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand a portfolio of Northeast Paper & Packaging importer accounts.
• Track overall account and portfolio performance.
• Partner with the procurement and account management teams to build competitive service proposals.
• Track attribution in CRM from day one of activation.
