This role offers an uncapped commission structure, providing a 15% gross profit in the first year and additional sunset rates for retained accounts. Responsibilities include performance tracking and competitive service proposal development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ocean freight sales with verifiable client relationships among Northeast Food & Beverage importers.
• Familiarity with reefer and perishable handling.
• Fluency in import freight vocabulary.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand a portfolio of Northeast Food & Beverage importer accounts.
• Track overall account and portfolio performance.
• Partner with procurement and account management teams.
