Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join Anchor Care & Rehabilitation Center in Palm Bay, FL. You will work under an OT to implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
