Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Dade City facility. The role requires an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant and a current NBCOT certification, with at least 1 year of COTA experience preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a COTA preferred.

• Experience documenting patient progress and reporting status changes.
• Ability to educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
