Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Lafayette Manor location in Uniontown, PA. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an OT and help patients progress with adaptive equipment education.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
