Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Berryville, VA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support the rehab team in a full-time daytime role at Rose Hill Health and Rehab.

You will implement treatment plans under supervision of an OT, document progress, educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercises, and participate in licensure reimbursement and benefits. NBCOT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
