Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Florida is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our clinical team. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and help patients progress toward their goals at the Dade City Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
