Continuum Therapy Partners is expanding its therapy services with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Starke, FL. This full-time daytime role supports a therapist-led model across 285 locations nationwide, focusing on delivering individualized treatment plans and documenting patient progress.

The COTA will educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs while working under supervision of an Occupational Therapist, ensuring quality care and compliance with NBCOT

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Responsabilités

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
