Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Panama City, FL. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and document patient progress for supervisory review.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.

Requirements & Responsibilities
