Continuum Therapy Partners in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapist-led team. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and document patient progress.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
