Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join a therapist-led team. You will implement tailored treatment plans under supervision, document progress, and educate patients on equipment and home exercises. Location: Jasper, FL with full benefits.

Requires an active COTA license and NBCOT certification; Associate degree in OTA program. Prior experience is preferred; licensure reimbursement is offered by the employer.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a COTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT

• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
