Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for our Savannas Park Health and Rehabilitation Center in Port St. Lucie, FL. The role supports therapists by implementing treatment plans and educating patients on home programs.

The ideal candidate holds an OTA degree, active COTA license with NBCOT certification, and prefers 1 year of experience. We offer full benefits, licensure reimbursement, and a generous PTO policy.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
