The role requires a Bachelor’s in OT, PA licensure upon hire, and BLS certification. Per diem schedule may involve travel to patient care sites across the Lehigh Valley.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• PA OT License required upon hire.
• BLS Certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement OT plans of care to restore function.
• Perform evidence-based therapy techniques including therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
• Provide OT treatment aligned with patient needs assessment and family collaboration.
• Reassess as needed and modify plans accordingly.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor, physician, and team members.
• Develop measurable goals and timeframes for therapy plans.
