Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy with required clinical experiences.
• Ability to travel to patient care assignments (Home Care only).
• Excellent communication with patients, family, and coworkers.
• Provide safe, compassionate, and competent OT treatments.
• OT license in Pennsylvania required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement OT plans of care to restore function.
• Use evidence-based therapies: exercises, manual techniques, mobility training.
• Communicate progress to supervisor, physicians, and team.
• Document per policy and regulatory requirements.
