Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and plan OT programs to restore function and independence. You will develop Care plans with patients/families, provide therapy, and monitor progress across settings. Per diem schedule with day shifts and variable hours in the Hazleton area.

The role requires PA OT licensure and at least a bachelor’s in OT; Master’s/Doctorate is preferred. LVHN emphasizes collaboration, compassionate care, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and PA license required.
• PA license to practice occupational therapy upon hire.
• Preferred: Master’s or Doctorate in OT with 1 year home care experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement OT plans of care to restore function and independence.
• Provide therapy using exercises, manual techniques, and ADL training.
• Communicate progress to supervisor, physician, and care team; document per policy.
• Deliver cost-effective care and ensure regulatory documentation.
