Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network seeks an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and plan OT programs to restore function and independence for patients. You will develop and update care plans with patients and families, and provide hands-on therapy to improve daily living activities.

You will travel to Home Care patient assignments, supervise as needed, and ensure documentation aligns with billing and regulatory standards. A PA OT license and BLS are required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy with clinical experience.
• Ability to communicate with patients, family, and co-workers in a friendly, supportive manner.
• Must maintain PA state OT licensure and comply with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement OT plans to restore function and independence.
• Provide evidence-based therapy techniques including exercises and activities of daily living.
• Perform reassessment and adjust plans as needed.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the care team.
• Coordinate with supervisors, physicians, and staff to ensure quality care.
• Travel to Home Care patient assignments as required.
