Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Less than 1 year of clinical experience as required by the school program.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to travel to patient care assignments - Home Care only.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements occupational therapy plans of care to restore function and independence.
• Implements individualized treatment using therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and activities of daily living training.
• Performs reassessment and updates plans accordingly.
• Communicates progress to supervisor, physician, and team.
• Provides supervision as appropriate.
• Completes documentation according to policies and regulatory requirements.
