Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking an Occupational Therapist for per diem assignments in the Pocono region. In this role you will evaluate, plan, direct, and administer OT programs to restore function and promote independence for patients.

You will develop and update care plans with patients and families, implement evidence-based therapy, and document progress in alignment with regulatory requirements. Travel to Home Care sites may be required, with a day shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Pennsylvania OT license required upon hire.
• Ability to travel to patient care assignments - Home Care only.
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements OT plans to restore function.
• Implements individualized treatment using evidence-based techniques.
• Provides OT treatment based on evaluation.
• Communicates patient progress to supervisor and team.
• Maintains documentation per policies and regulatory requirements.
