Job summary

The role involves providing evidence-based therapy, coordinating with physicians, and delivering care across multiple LVHN locations per diem as needed. A PA OT license and BLS are required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Ability to work at various locations per diem.
• Licensed OT in Pennsylvania upon hire.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement OT plans of care to restore function and independence.
• Perform assessments and update plans based on patient progress.
• Communicate progress to supervisors, physicians, and team.
• Provide cost-effective care following billing guidelines.
• Complete required documentation and regulatory reporting.
