Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist to join a team that values your clinical voice. The role offers daytime PRN scheduling at Ventura Health and Rehabilitation Center, Boynton Beach, FL, with mentorship and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
