Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PRN daytime coverage at Garden View Health and Rehabilitation Center in Vero Beach, FL. You will join a supportive team and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires a Master's or Doctorate in OT, an active Florida OT license with NBCOT certification, and about one year of experience. You will evaluate, plan, document progress, and educate families on home safety and adaptive equipment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
