Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Palm Bay, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PRN coverage. You will join a supportive team with mentorship and a voice in clinical decisions, while enjoying flexibility to fit the role into your life.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, an active state license, NBCOT certification, and 1 year of OT experience preferred. You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, document progress, and educate families on home safety.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
