Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for PRN coverage at LaBelle Health and Rehabilitation Center, LaBelle, FL. You will provide high-quality OT care with flexible daytime PRN shifts within a supportive team environment.

Required is a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, an active state license with NBCOT certification, and a preference for 1 year of OT experience. Join us to contribute to patient independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
