Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Florida is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join a team that values your clinical voice as much as our full-time staff. You'll provide flexible, day-time OT services at Seabranch Health and Rehabilitation Center in Stuart, helping patients maintain independence.

Requirements include a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, active state license and NBCOT certification; 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an OT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
