Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN responsibilities at Anchor Care & Rehabilitation Center in Palm Bay, FL. This role offers scheduling flexibility while maintaining the collaboration and mentorship of our clinical team.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate families on adaptive equipment and home safety.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
