Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist for a PRN daytime role at Garden View Health and Rehabilitation Center in Vero Beach, FL. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress to improve functional independence.

Candidates should have a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, a current state license with NBCOT certification, and preferably 1 year of OT experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
