Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN daytime coverage at Ventura Health and Rehabilitation Center in Boynton Beach, FL.

Requirements include a Master's or Doctorate in OT, an active state OT license, NBCOT certification, and preferably 1 year of experience. You will evaluate, plan, document progress, and educate patients and families on safety and assistive devices as part of a collaborative therapy team.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
