Job summary

UW Health SwedishAmerican in northern Illinois is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-focused therapy within the Home Health setting at 2550 Charles St. The role emphasizes compassionate care and professional development at UW Health Home Health.

Work Schedule

100% FTE, Sunday-Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm, you will work at UW Health Home Health 2550 Charles St.

Additional components of compensation may include

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Qualifications

Licenses & Certifications

• Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. Required
• Must possess a current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
• An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
