UW Health SwedishAmerican is hiring a Physical Therapist for our Home Health department in northern Illinois. This full-time position offers a day/day-evening schedule, with a 100% FTE commitment and shifts 0800–1700, Sunday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required

Licenses & Certifications

• Current license from the State of Illinois. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
• Must possess a current, valid driver's license issued by the individual's state of residence. Required
• An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
